• Keep Messages Small: There is a size limit of 8MB for all messages. Anything larger than that will be rejected by the mailing list server.
• Help Train Junk Mail Filters: If messages from the mailing list end up in your junk or spam folder, mark them as "Not Junk" or "Not Spam" to help your email provider recognize them as legitimate. You might also have to check for any filters or rules that could be redirecting these messages. Contact your mail provider if you have questions about how to do this.
• Use a Dedicated Email Provider: Consider using an email account from Gmail, Hotmail, or Outlook for mailing list communications to ensure better deliverability and spam filtering. Your internet service provider's email may have stricter filtering rules that could prevent you from receiving all messages. Shaw is currently blocking receipt of all messages sent through the mailing list.
• Do NOT Reply All: When responding to messages, avoid using "Reply All" unless your response is relevant to the entire mailing list. This helps reduce unnecessary emails for all members. Before replying to a message, consider whether your response is intended for the entire group or just the original sender. Double-check the recipient list before sending your reply to ensure it matches your intention.

• Avoid Excessive Emails: Be mindful of the frequency of your posts. Avoid sending multiple emails in a short period unless absolutely necessary.
